Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. 2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee. 3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. 4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 5) Take shoes off before entering the property. 6) Pets are permitted in the house. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. 7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
