Please pick up after your pets, you will be responsible for any damages or additional cleaning. Parking: Shared parking in the backyard. Street parking will also be available. However, please do not park in front on the main driveway or block any cars from entering/exiting the property. Other information: Violation of house rules including but not limited to any illicit activities may result in immediate forfeiture of the property with additional fines. We will have team members performing scheduled weekly maintenance of the property which may include landscaping, trash, general repairs/upkeep.
