My daughter is a student at SDSU, so this was close enough to be a 10 min drive, but removed from the college district. Nice neighborhood. The house itself was incredibly decorated, we all commented on how well it was it was decorated. Jacob was incredibly prepared and I appreciated the intro to property and area.
