Guests can effortlessly experience a seaside escape from this stylish beachfront apartment. When you step inside Sairia House, you will walk into a bright passage that takes you to the self-catering, friendly open-plan kitchen, designed with convenience in mind. This kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and ample counter space ideal for cooking and enjoying delicious meals during your stay. The lounge area is furnished with a cosy plush couch, setting up a perfect spot for guests to rejuvenate after a long day of outdoor adventures. It also features a flatscreen television mounted on the wall, so you can enjoy streaming services like Netflix throughout your stay. There are sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony featuring a tastefully furnished outdoor dining set for four and a comfortable lounge space, excellent for drinking your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular ocean views. Sairia House consists of three bedrooms. The main bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands, and a wall-mounted vanity with shelving featuring sliding doors providing access to the balcony, while the other two bedrooms are fitted with comfy queen beds. There are three en-suite bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, vanity with washbasin, and a toilet, seamlessly designed to give privacy for all guests. One of the bathrooms also includes a bathtub. Linen and towels are provided with your stay. Additional amenities like secure parking with round-the-clock security, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi offer comfort and connectivity throughout your stay. This area is perfect for exploring must-see attractions, restaurants, and engaging in water activities, such as kitesurfing or canoeing. This property is the perfect home away from home to share meaningful moments with family and friends, especially guests looking for a peaceful oceanfront holiday. For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 182 South Beach Road, La Mercy, KZN.
