Renting from mid November to May 31st. We overlook a small cultural community specializing in the arts, on the Tenacatita Bay in the Pacific Ocean. Only a few minutes walk down to the town center which features many shops and an artisans market on Fridays, and the beach, said to be the safest for swimming on the Costalegre. If you require more space please see our large Penthouse apartment . which rents for $2500 USD/per month or $750 USD per week or $115 USD per day If you would like a huge space very luxurious please see our Luxury Owners suite on the first floor $2900 USD/mo or $900 USD/week The apartment has fantastic ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, a queen size plus a sleep sofa, and maid service three times per week. Guests have access to the swimming pool, wireless internet. At night, visit one of several special restaurants some offering live music and dancing. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The pool was well maintained. I didn't miss the TV but the property manager didn't show up to show me how it worked.
