"Pro: super close to beach. very nice hosts. good parking Con: walking 30mins to old town. You need to clean everything before you leave.(Garbage, Bed, vacuuming floor). otherwise they charge you 35euro!!!!! If you can enjoy cleaning all your room before your morning checking out. it’s a good place to stay. oh also the bed isnt made when you arrive. you need to make it everything and before you leave you also need ti remove it. "Everything was great. Only down side was we paid 18€ each for breakfast buffet (breakfast until 10 am) and they explained that the patries were ordered based on how many people pay. When we showed up for breakfast at 9am, there was not enough pastries for us because the people before us took too many (according to what the receptionist said) and nothing was done to compensate. "Les Charmettes was a treasure to find. Located on the waterfront/promenade with superb views and immediate access to a superb beach. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast (an extra charge but well worth it) was delightful. There is a small fee for parking on site but highly recommended. There is a bistro attached to the property and we had a very pleasant meal and had aperitifs overlooking the beach. We walked downtown to St. Malo proper for dinner one night…....
