Cozy seaview beach getaway villa in La Maddalena Sardegna
Beautiful light-filled home with sea view terraces and gorgeous garden, 3 minute walk away from clear blue waters and only 5 min drive to La Maddalena town. Tastefully decorated, the home is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Sardegna and for exploring the gorgeous surrounding archipelago. The sea-view terraces provide a relaxing getaway. You may not even want to leave the home! The house is located in the private Villaggio Piras, a few minutes drive from down town and to all the nicest beaches.
The front terrace with sea-view is where you will be spending your time! All meals can be eaten from the front terrace. There is a very well equipped kitchen and cozy living room. If it's cold outside, there is also an indoor dining table. There is also a back terrace with a sun-lounger, chairs and umbrella. This back terrace has a fantastic view of Caprera and the sea. Gorgeous sailboats and mega-yachts can be watched going by on their way to Porto della Madonna. The sunset from here is also incredible.
The main house has two bedrooms each with windows with mosquito nets and very quiet air conditioning. The Master bedroom has a queen (matrimonial) bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sofa bed. There is also a finished basement that is very spacious and nicely decorated, which can be set up with two single beds or a queen (matrimonial) bed. There is also an en-suite bathroom. The basement is about 5 steps down from the ground level, however, there are windows and natural light enters. There is a private entrance with lock. The basement also has a washing machine and room for storing suitcases.

Beautify Seaside Escape
Federico's home is an absolute gem. We arrived a bit late and Laura met us and escorted our car to a quiet neighborhood less than five minutes outside of town. A quick nighttime-tour showed us the two spacious bedrooms (with air conditioning!) and two nice bathrooms, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen and large living room/dining room.
The whole home is recently updated, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home immediately. We woke up to the absolutely beautiful seaside views from the covered front-patio/porch. Moving to the back yard, there's an outdoor shower, and steps which go up to a wonderful terrace with an umbrella and lounge chair with some absolutely stunning views of the sea, sailboats, and surrounding islands.
Both Laura and Federico went out of their way to make sure we were well-taken care and even provided some great recommendations about places to eat and see. The house is only 10-20 minutes from some of the best beaches on the island, with quick access to La Maddalena in about 5 minutes, but without the crowds or noise of staying downtown.
Do yourselves a favor: stop looking at other properties and book this one now.
