This stunning apartment features all new appliances including an in-unit washer /dryer, recessed LED lighting, and dual zoned heating and AC . The property includes a private balcony with new railings privacy wall and a peek view of the ocean. Walk to local amenities including Valley Farms Market, several bars and restaurants, gyms and fitness studios, and world renowned Windansea Beach. Things you should know. There is no designated parking only street parking. This is a Non Smoking home. No smoking allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4\. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. ​​​​​​​There is 1 exterior camera pointed toward stairs and gate entrance This home is pet friendly. For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated.
