It's just a short 1-block walk to Windansea Beach; walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a short ride share or bike ride to quintessential La Jolla Village, with its many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and unique boutiques. A beautifully furnished outside patio, with lots of comfortable seating, is accessible via sliders from the main level king master bedroom. The patio has a beautiful seating cluster with a fire pit and barbecue - wonderfully convenient if you wish to rest, relax, or have a meal while you watch the sunset. The main level king master bedroom has a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a beach chic queen bedroom adjacent to the front entrance with its own ensuite bath with walk-in shower. This home sleeps 4 comfortably in beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed in this condo. And of course, all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your comfort. The house comes quick with everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in the La Jolla area. The house itself, and all of the amenities are top-notch. My husband and I (both retirees) felt relaxed and happy to spend the week with both of our sons and their families (they stayed in separate houses)! Weather was nice; somewhat hotter than we expected and I did not like the humidity. I enjoyed the A/C and the fact that we each had our own bedrooms and baths.
