Ocean breezes drift through as you sip coffee on the deck and watch the sunlight catch the waves in the distance. Afternoons unfold by the pool while children splash and laughter carries across the yard. When the sun sets, you can slip into the hot tub under the stars or gather on the roof deck for a quiet drink as the day winds down. This La Jolla retreat offers space to spread out, unwind, and reconnect just minutes from the shore.

The fenced backyard is a private escape with a heated pool available year-round, a bubbling hot tub, and lounge chairs for long afternoons in the sun. The gas grill and outdoor dining area make it easy to enjoy al fresco meals, while the ocean-facing deck is perfect for evening drinks or morning coffee. With both yard and rooftop seating, you can follow the day’s light from sunrise to sunset.  
  
Sleeping arrangements  
Five bedrooms provide plenty of room for groups to rest comfortably. Two primary bedrooms each feature a California King bed. Two additional bedrooms each include two Queen beds, ideal for families or friends sharing a space. The fifth bedroom has three Twin beds, with a bunk on top and two below. In total, there are beds for 15 guests, with a pull-out sofa and an ottoman bed available to bring the maximum capacity to 17.

Inside, two living rooms give you separate spaces to relax, play board games, or enjoy a movie on the smart TVs. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with double ovens, an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, rice maker, blender, and cooking basics. A dining table anchors the space, perfect for shared meals or late-night conversations. Fresh linens, a washer, and in-home laundry ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

You’ll find thoughtful extras for families, including a pack ’n play/travel crib always at the listing, plus books and reading material. Central air conditioning, central heating, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round.
