The Space: Welcome to your hillside sanctuary in one of La Jolla’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Perched above the Village with sweeping views of the Pacific, this two-story residence combines timeless architecture with refined comfort and an effortless connection to its stunning coastal surroundings. Newly remodeled in June 2025, the home features all brand-new furnishings, finishes, and amenities throughout. As you arrive, the detached oversized 2-car garage and driveway sit at street level, with steps leading up to the home’s main entry. Inside, the heart of the home unfolds into a beautifully elevated living room anchored by a striking center fireplace, 65" wall mounted smart TV, cozy couches, and lounge seating.
