Excellent access to beach, only a few steps away. I stayed at a studio and it was spacious with kichen, livingroom, dinning table and bathroom. Good enough for a short/long stay. At arrival, I was stunned by the parking instructions. Basically, they don’t have a designated parking for customers, you just need to find parking space on the curbside. Fortunately, I was able to find it each time, but certainly not comfortable. That being said... The location is amazing! Right across the street from the tide pools. Hot tub was great. Parking is free, public, curb parking, but our car was safe. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. There was no staff available when we arrived and the key cards we were given didn’t work, so we had to to wait over an hour for someone to come to the property and let us into the room. The bathtub had residue (I don’t know if it was mold) building up around the drain and handles and the bathroom door is just a flimsy plastic accordion door that doesn’t shut. There is a hot tub in the common area but it doesn’t work.
