### Capri La Jolla - charming 2 bd condo - walk to beach

Charming 2 bedroom just a few blocks from the beach!! - Located close to laundry room and pool. Single level with hardwood floors and large windows located in quiet, highly desirable location overlooking the pool. Additional patio off the primary bedroom. Short distance to beach and shops!  
  
This third-floor, spacious, bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is turnkey ready for move-in. You'll be greeted by the large open-concept living and dining rooms, and spacious-sized bedrooms with carpet removed to reveal the recently refinished wood flooring. Each bedroom has a new sleek ceiling fan, and both have beautiful pool and landscape views. Bathrooms have been fully freshened up with new, chic ceramic tile, new vanities, fresh paint (and more!) as well as a shared laundry room.  
  
Primary bedroom: Queen size bed  
Guest Bedroom: King Size sleeper sofa with tempur-pedic mattress with no springs (very comfortable)   
  
Behind the complex is the Bird Rock Elementary School and Bird Rock Park. Less than a quarter of a mile to Calumet Park, overlooking the ocean; just over half a mile to Tourmaline Beach; and less than a mile to Windansea Beach. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy all that Bird Rock/La Jolla have to offer!  
  
Located just north of Pacific Beach in southern La Jolla, Bird Rock provides easy access to downtown San Diego, which sits 20 minutes away via Interstate 5\. The residents of its houses and condos for rent enjoy the warm, quiet ambiance of a neighborhood right on the shore of the Pacific Ocean.  
  
For a beachside picnic barbecue, head for La Jolla Hermosa Park. At Calumet Park, watch surfers ride the waves at the popular Rock Pile site. Afterward, get some exercise and catch the lovely ocean views along the Bird Rock Bike Path.  
  
In the morning, take a sidewalk seat for a cup of java at the Bird Rock Coffee Roasters. Later, have a sandwich and a cold brew on the patio of the Shack, a popular beachside bar. For an evening meal and live music, try Beaumont's.
