Great home for our family! Perfect location. Within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops and of course, the BEACH! House was beautiful and management was great in addressing any problem we had.

The house had a rat or mouse that died in the wall. Smell was not good. Contacted management but they could not do anything about it until we left. We should have received some sort of discount.
