"I loved this place the staff was super attentive. The down fall was it has no elevator but it was fine going up and down . The view was spectacular it was just beautiful. The travel was a lil bit crazy but very adventurous I would do it again. The only bad part of all this would be the food offered would take a very long time before we would get it. But it was very good after receiving it. I definitely would recommend this place. The owner was on the grounds which made it nice for my in laws...

"I have to say, my experience at the Ramada Encore hotel was outstanding. I've stayed in several hotels in Queretaro, but this one stands out as the best. The staff is friendly, the hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning to the Ramada, and I highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, there's a shopping center within walking distance, which is very convenient. Overall, this is the best hotel by far.
