La Herradura Vacation Packages

Everything was good except they should have AC in the living room cause it’s too hot there. Staff was good.

Property is somewhat hidden, a bit tricky to find. It was very hard to try to communicate with the hotel prior to arrival. Upon arrival, I was sad to find that the main thing that attracted me to this property...the natural pools were not available due to maintenance, they had been drained. The beach area below is only available for access during a certain time of the year due to the tide. The view from the pool out to the ocean is amazing, food from the restaurant was good and staff was friendly. Room was spacious but water kept backing up in the shower.

We arrived early and were warmly greeted and invited to enjoy a welcome beverage in their restaurant. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the view of the lake is incredible. We were able to walk to the plaza and see some of the town, do a little sightseeing and shopping, even found an ATM. The room was clean, comfortable , and quiet. I would love to go back and spend a little more time there.

The Deluxe Villa is not what it looks like in the pictures. We couldn’t see the beach from it. The hotel is nice and has beautiful views. The villas are not in the same property. We felt deceive by the pictures. Definitely not worth the price for the villa when it doesn’t have an ocean view and is a good walk to get to the beach. The major reason we booked it was due to the ocean view. We had booked it for two nights but only stayed one night. The hotel is very nice and it should be made clear that the villas are not in the same property and no ocean view or direct beach access.

My stay was very warmed and welcoming, the receptionist showed the room before entering in case any inconvenience which personally I think is very ethic and good service. overall I loved my stay.
