Casa Blanca is a very well kept modern house design with clean, open spaces where you can enjoy the view of the ocean and pool area from any angle of the house. You can have a peaceful nap on one of the hammocks under the palm trees, the sounds of the waves and the refreshing breeze of the ocean. We have excellent sunny, tropical weather, and warm year round. We have lots of coconut trees.You can have a lot of fun, some of the very fun things you can do here are playing and having fun with your family at the pool, spend your mornings at the beach playing in the sand, and after a delicious lunch have a siesta in our comfortables hammocks. Your evenings watching the sunset together with your family, and the stars at night are spectacular. The peace that you feel at casa blanca beach front is hard to find any where else. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life at the beach!!! As you enter the property you will see the drive way and gardens with lots of coconut trees and when you walk into the house you will see the a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, all kitchen appliances, don't need to bring anything just your luggage, and your joy. To your right the comfortable living room where you can have lots of laughs while enjoying a relaxing glass of wine, and right in front of you the graciously decorated dining room with an excellent ocean view. All of our furniture is custom made in El Salvador from the best woods of our country. We also have a separate laundry room area with an additional bedroom and full bathroom. We also provide a service person to clean the rooms and help in the kitchen.There is also a keeper who takes care the house gardens, pool and security inside the property. Beach house description: Master Bedroom # 1: king size bed, a/c, ceiling fans, cable tv, wifi. Bedroom # 2: one bunkbed upper bed twin/full and lower bed full/queen, one full/queen bed, a/c, ceiling fan, cable tv, wifi, full bathroom as well. Bedroom # 3: one bunkbed upper bed twin/full and lower bed full/queen, one queen size bed, a/c, ceiling fan, cable tv, wifi, and full bathroom. This bedroom also has a connecting balcony with the master bedroom, from this balcony you can enjoy the whole view of the swimming pool, sunset , coconut trees, and the ocean. Bedroom # 4: two full/queen size bed Bedroom # 5: queen size bed Bedroom # 6: two full/queen size bed All bedrooms have beautiful outside views, air conditioning, ceiling fans w/light, remote control led tv, cable, wifi, wardrobe and bathroom amenities. The master bedroom has a large bath tub for couples to enjoy. There is also a spacious sun deck right by the pool area and facing the ocean, this deck includes a mini bar and ceiling fans and it's ideal for entertaining, the perfect spot for barbecuing and to spend wonderful times with friends and family. There are some hammocks hanged around this deck so you can fully relax with a tropical drink in your hand and have the best of times from the comfort of your hammock and all your friends around you. You can also go upstairs this deck and find a enormous balcony area ideal for sunbathing. Our main goal is for you to have an awesome time, and enjoy your vacation. Aside from that, I would definitely say that the stay was made more relaxing and enjoyable because of Sandra who handled the daily chores and Jose who handled the daily maintenance. The home was clean and well kept, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the home had all the amenities we needed. The property is private and has direct access to the beach. Sandra and Jose were great, they were helpful and went above and beyond to keep us happy. Rina the owner was prompt with her responses and was helpful as well. The only feedback we have is that the floors were super slippery when wet, we had to make sure the kids had shoes on to keep them from falling. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was not just clean, but impeccably maintained and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Every room, both indoors and outdoors, was beautifully decorated, and the quality of the furniture truly exceeded our expectations. The pictures online don't do justice to how stunning this place is in person. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials and even some extra touches that made our stay even more comfortable. We enjoyed cooking together, and it felt like a home away from home. One of the standout features of our stay was the incredible hospitality of the housekeepers, Sandra and don Jose. They were always available, making sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. They truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. Our family has traveled extensively, and we can confidently say that this has been the best beach house we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The property is beautiful and well cared for by the property manager, Jose and his wife, Sandra. Bonus for us is that we asked if their 7 year old sweet daughter could play with my grandkids (some do and some do not speak Spanish). Great fun! We all agreed that the having a cook ($30 per day) was terrific. What a treat! The food she prepared was delicious! All we had to do was pay for the groceries, make requests (use their suggestions to try the local cuisine), and say what time we would like breakfast, lunch and dinner (we would return after watching the sunset and dinner was ready). Since there is not many restaurants nearby, this worked out great! No one in our group ever got sick and we all tried new and interesting things. My grandchild unfortunately got stung by a bee and had a bad reaction. Jose, took him to the nearby clinic with his mom. Had excellent doctor care, plus follow up care (cost $20)! There is so many different areas to relax and enjoy. We booked Paola for massages one day - ahhhh worth the 40pp. One day we hired a driver to take us to Boqueron National Park. We had little kids and all enjoyed this. Construction traffic was bad so it took almost 2 hours to get there, but a lovely visit and cooler temp. We wanted to tie this in with Puerta del Diablo but little kids got restless with the long car ride. A great trip- only 10 minutes away is the 2 hr boat ride in the Estero. ##### Nancy C. I have zero complaints, we had a lovely time, played music, enjoyed family time, had a few drinks, it was awesome!The only issue is the beach, OMG it is very violent, do not get in the water right in front of the ranch, it might cost you your life. I grew up in El Puerto de La Libertad so I love getting in the beach water, thus I was a bit disappointed about that, other than that it's great. We liked the privacy, enjoyed the pool and loved that we were right on the beach. I liked that the rooms were cleaned every day (15 daily fee) and 30 per day for a cook. Although we were there during rainy season we got plenty of sun since we got lucky that it rained at night. The beach is beautiful and best to take a swim in the morning since waves get choppy in the afternoon which is a good time to relax in a hammock drinking fresh coconut water provided by Jose, (onsite staff). Recommend Pampas restaurant, located 5 minutes away.
