"I love this property even tho it has no “frills.” I will stay at the Whitehall each time I come to Chicago. It’s in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and is one block away from Starbucks, although It is surrounded by high end restaurants and stores. Transportation in all forms are close by. To me, although very affordable, it is the most fabulous hotel in the wealthy Water Tower area. The Whitehall is safe, convenient, has its own restaurant, and is very “high Class” although quaint. I can’t wait to get there again soon."

"“Self park” to outsiders or people from out of country means something else. Please publish that you have NO parking available. Parking lots around the Hotel are not specifically designated for guests. Plus the high rate of daily cost will drain your vacation budget if it was not accounted for."
