Located at the entrance to La Grande Motte, close to all amenities: beach, shops, bakery, laundromat, Lidl, and Super U supermarket. Situated on the 4th floor with elevator access.  
  
Air-conditioned studio apartment with Wi-Fi for 2 people.  
  
Ideally located at the entrance to the town,  
  
It is situated in a secure residence with elevator and parking.  
  
The apartment is bright thanks to its large windows and offers an unobstructed view. It comprises:  
  
A kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker;  
  
A living area with a TV, sofa, and fold-down bed;  
  
A bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine;  
  
A large terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and town.

work of Jean Balladur, this pyramid offers us a modeling in the shape of sunglasses. Also the blue of its blinds immediately takes us back to the color of the sky and the sea. The concrete and brick sculptures that adorn the gardens are the “medals” of the artist Albert Marchais.

Semaine de vacances assez plaisante malgré quelques désagréments (absence de climatisation, ouverture de la porte de la terrasse peu pratique, porte de la terrasse et porte-fenêtre qui ne se verrouille pas).
