On the 4th and top floor, discover the Sunny Day studio! A 31 m² apartment extended by a spacious 30 m² terrace to enjoy beautiful sunny days! The terrace is furnished with a table, 4 chairs, plancha grill, pergola and a relaxation area...  
  
The apartment comprises an entrance with closet, a living area with a 140×200 cm double bed and a fold-out armchair (single 90×190 cm), TV and storage.  
  
The kitchen is separate and equipped (fridge, 4‑hob vitroceramic stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), with table and seating for 4.  
  
The renovated bathroom includes a shower, sink cabinet, toilet and washing machine.  
  
This holiday rental includes a private 30 m² outdoor terrace and a barbecue. You have a secured outdoor parking space at the foot of the apartment.  
  
Behind the building, the Grand Bleu aquatic area will delight both young and old with its pools, water play areas and slides!  
  
The property is near the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15‐minute walk away.  
  
In the Ponant district, in La Grande Motte, enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Everything is walkable: local shops 5 min away, beach and centre 10 min, golf 10 min and lagoon 3 min.
