You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a bedroom area with a double wardrobe bed and a double sofa bed, a loggia dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. .

Located on the 3rd floor accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:  
  
\- A bright living room with a lounge area equipped with a double sofa bed, a smart TV, storage space including a wardrobe and a fold-down wardrobe bed (sleeps 2, comfortable bedding).  
\- A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker...  
\- A south-facing loggia furnished with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy a good meal in the shade of the pine trees.  
\- A bathroom with a shower, a sink, a drying rack, a hairdryer, free consumables and a toilet.  
  
The accommodation is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the coast while being in the town center of Grande-Motte where you will find all the necessary amenities: bakery, butcher, supermarket, shops, laundromat, restaurants, bars, market ..  
  
10 minutes from Pasino, 10 minutes from the Grand Bleu Aquatic Center  
25 minutes from Montpellier Center by car with possibility of public transport Bus Line: 606  
  
Transportation:  
\- Bus Line 4 which serves the main districts of La Grande Motte.  
\- Summer shuttles to the Pérols Beaches and the Grand Travers Beach.  
\- Cars direction Montpellier, Aigues-Mortes, Sommières and Lunel.  
\- Montpellier Saint-Roch station located 24 km (29 min by car), Montpellier Sud de France station located 19 km (20 min by car) and Le Grau-du-Roi station located 8 km (16 min by car).  
\- Montpellier airport located 17 km (18 min by car).  
  
\- Free and paid parking near the accommodation: in the street, free parking from October 1 to March 31, paid green zone from April 1 to September 30 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.meuros/hour. Free parking all year round in the city center car park opposite the Casino.  
  
\- The tenant is responsible for broken or damaged items and the key given.  
\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a decent state of cleanliness and clean the household appliances after use.
