This charming 3-star house in the cozy Provencal village of La Garde-Freinet in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is located between the A8 motorway, the Plaine des Maures nature reserve and the coast of Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Saint -Tropez, Croix Valmer and Cavalaire sur Mer.  
  
Shops, restaurants and bars, art galleries and the bi-weekly local market are all within walking distance of the house. This typically Provençal village is 20 minutes from the beaches and known for its hiking trails, its chestnut trees, its cycle routes and its panoramic views and close to lively and trendy Saint-Tropez.  
Free parking throughout the village.This village house has a bright and spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a Tropézienne terrace with a lounge/dining area overlooking the surrounding hills.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator with filtered water and ice cubes, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a vitroceramic stove and an oven. Fully equipt for all your needs.  
  
A large TV with local and international channels and WIFI throughout the house.  
  
Four bedrooms, the master bedroom with a 160cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a single bedroom all on the same floor. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, washer and dryer and steamer. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Another living room with balcony, at the entrance level, has a 140 cm double bed.

The village is located by road 20 km from Saint-Tropez, 35 km from Draguignan and 70 km from Toulon.  
La Garde-Freinet, nestled in the heart of the massif des Maures overlooking the Gulf of St Tropez, has preserved its authenticity. It is accessed by picturesque roads winding in a wild and lush nature. At the corners of the alleys, old washing-houses and fountains recall the past. The village is also a wonderful starting point for hiking, horseback riding or cycling.  
  
Surrounded by beautiful and unspoilt nature, La Garde-Freinet invites you to walks and hikes with sublime views of the Moors and the coasts of the Mediterranean.  
The Conservatoire du Patrimoine du Freinet offers more than 20 activities around the natural, historical and traditional heritage.
