It was very clean. We liked having the ability to cook some of our meals, so we didn't have to eat out all the time. It is in a good location, which allowed us to walk to get food from the store and to restaurants for dinner. We booked excursions and had no problems with tour operators finding the property to pick us up. The hot tub was great for relaxing and cooling off in the evenings. The property was exactly as described; clean and accommodated our 4 adults and 4 teens perfectly. This property has a very central location and easy walking around Fortuna town. Had some great meals, Danny recommended a few and Snapper’s was epic. We did a zip line at Arenal, lunch and walk around the observatory, Don Juan coffee/cocao tour, night jungle walk and enjoyed some time at El Salto rope swing. The hot tub was perfect after a day of touring and adventure. Great times in La Fortuna and at Tikita House…thanks Danny. ##### john l.
