### Beautiful New 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo With a Fully Equipped Kitchen

This beautiful new second-floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious air-conditioned family room, bedroom and bathroom. It has comfortable sofas, cable TV an internet.  
  
The air-conditioned bedroom has two comfortable queen beds, flat-screen TV, one bathroom, custom wood closet, large wood dresser and a small laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.  
  
The condo community has eight condos, a large pool area, several social areas, a nice, massage room. Our community has several common areas. There is a refreshing large pool, a roofed jacuzzi, a room with a gas fireplace next to the pool, an unattended bar area and a large second floor lounge room overlooking the pool. There are a few large decks where you can practice yoga or just sit back and relax.   
  
There are (3) one bedroom one bath condos, (2) two bedroom two bath condos, (1) three bedroom three bath condo and (1) four bedroom four and a half bath condo. All the condos are available for rent both short and long-term. You can also rent out the entire property for a business event, wedding or family reunion. Please send me a message if you're interested in renting the entire property. This condo is one of eight you can find under my profile on VRBO.  
  
We are located near the heart of the rainforest. It is a thirteen acre secure gated condominium complex. The community is surrounded by breathtaking open areas. There is a large back area where you can exercise, do yoga, or meditate in the middle of the jungle. There is also a half mile paved walking trail overlooking the majestic Arenal Volcano and Cerro Chato, perfect for a relaxing hike, peaceful walk or challenging jog.   
  
We strive to offer our guests a peaceful and private vacation. This condo is one of eight that makes up this beautiful 13 acre community. The back of the property has beautiful views of the Arenal Volcano and rainforest. It's a short 20 minute drive to La Fortuna.
