There is 5 bedrooms with A/C, also a central unit located in the living room and kitchen area will keep you fresh and cool after the daily adventures and 3.5 bathrooms. Besides the swimming pool area surrounded by beautiful gardens with tropical flowers, great view of the Arenal Volcano from the house. A large house located just 2 minutes away from town (Driving), located in a very secluded, private and secure neighborhood; where you can relax and enjoy the comfort that all areas of the house give you. There are 5 rooms so is an excellent option for family meetings or friends meeting, even we can a plan an event in the open areas. You will have everything you want taking this property for you next Costa Rica vacation. Bedroom distribution: Room 1: King sized bed, bunk bed single (2 single beds) and full bathroom. While we were not off on a fun adventure, booked for us by Allen at Home Vacation Properties, we were chilling poolside just taking in the perfect temperature that Costa Rica had to offer. Accommodations were exactly as advertised and Allen was quite responsive every time we reached out. Spacious, well stocked and walking distance to La Fortuna. Giselle was very helpful, especially when we forgot to get milk from the store or had trouble ordering food from a local restaurant. The vacation rental manager helped us with transportation. Jesus, our driver, was informative and kept us tranquilo in Pura Vida style! Highly recommend Arenal Family Home. ##### J L. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it was very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the pool with the waterfall. Gisele cooked dinners for us which were both delicious and very convenient after touring. Speaking of touring, the property management company did a great job of coordinating tours for us. The house was spotless clean and very comfortable. The pool was immaculate and we enjoyed the waterfall and bbq deck. Gisselle is an excellent cook and teacher. Owner lives just next door. The washet and dryer us a huge plus since it rains everyday. It does have a few issues with the house but it didn't bother us. The plumbing is old, needed fixing or replacement. Otherwise it is good with teens. ##### rene y.
