It was a very convenient place for my stay. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. The hotel is in a great location, especially if you’re visiting Plaza Mayor. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

Welcoming staff, super helpful orienting to the room, the local area, hotel services, excellent and welcoming.
At night, the rain was intense, the design of the room allows outside air througj open vents where the air flows upward, therefore; rain cannot enter the room, but the impact on the metal vents made quite a lot of noise and I did not find a way to dampen the noise. If you have kids or mind that type of noise, ask the staff beforehand how to dampen the noise.

"They gave a policy, if you have a guest it cost 60 dollars. I thought this meant an overnight guest or something.
