Relax in the two PRIVATE pools: one on the ground floor and another on the rooftop with panoramic views. The open-concept living and dining spaces are perfect for socializing, while the laundry area adds convenience for longer stays. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout makes this villa ideal for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. This spacious villa features 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, including three with king beds and one with two queen beds. With two fully equipped kitchens—one on each floor—this property is perfect for families or groups seeking both comfort and privacy.  
  
As a guest of this villa, you'll have access\* to the B Nayar Beach Club and all of its facilities. Guest Access:  
\*FREE access to only 6 guests per day. From the 7th to 12th guest, they charge $150 pesos per person per day. After the 12th guest, you pay $500 pesos per day.  
  
The beach club includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, 2 pools, tennis court, basketball, and kayaks (depending on the weather). The restaurant is great and includes items such as chilaquiles ($130), quesadillas ($130), hamburgers ($165), fish tacos ($165), fajitas ($270), ceviche ($240), margaritas ($95), and Corona beer ($45). (Prices may change without notice)  
It is not allowed to enter the beach club with coolers, food, drinks, or speakers. The amenities and prices offered by the Beach Club may change at any time, as it is managed by a private company.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a charming coastal town known for its marina, vibrant Sunday farmer’s market, and laid-back vibe. The property is within a short drive to Bucerías, Sayulita, and Puerto Vallarta, giving you easy access to pristine beaches, fine dining, and local culture. Don't miss activities like whale watching and fishing charters departing from Marina Riviera Nayarit.  
  
Getting Around:  
The villa’s location makes getting around a breeze. It’s just:  
  
5 minutes to Bucerías and La Cruz beaches  
10 minutes to Marina Riviera Nayarit  
30 minutes to Sayulita  
35 minutes to Puerto Vallarta International Airport  
A private vehicle is recommended for convenience, though taxis and rideshares are readily available.

While the property is not pet-friendly, it offers plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a curated guidebook with local recommendations. very comfy and spacious. Loved using the pool below and the top deck was great for BBQ and soaking in that pool. We did enjoy it very much and liked having other close towns to visit which were easy to drive to. Would stay again!
