It is a 3BR family villa with a heated private pool, and large living space with an open floor plan. All the bedrooms and living spaces have air conditioning and high-speed wifi. Private parking is available. With top-notch amenities and 24/7 gated security, this family-friendly retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind.  
  
As a guest of this villa, you'll have exclusive access\* to the B Nayar Beach Club and all of its facilities. Lounge by the two 100m pools, play tennis/basketball, or indulge in fresh, light cuisine at the open-air restaurant. The beach club includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, 2 pools, tennis court, padel and kayaks (depending on the weather).  
  
It is not allowed to enter the beach club with coolers, food, drinks, or speakers. The amenities and prices offered by the Beach Club may change at any time, as it is managed by a private company. The beach club is currently undergoing renovations, so you may find some areas still under construction.

#### Worst rental ever.

The beach club amenities were not as listed in the description. The house was lacking basic things, plastic tables around the pool, a drying rack ( since there was no washer and dryer) , dish rack, very few kitchen supplies. The linens were old and stained, the comforters were polyester and not comfortable. The pool was not cleaned or heated prior to our arrival. The house was not inspected prior to our arrival. We did not have enough towels for 2 weeks. The property manager was not open to refund us ( partially) for mis- representing the beach club amenities. Also, have not yet received our damage deposit.
