Welcome to your tropical escape in Villa 7! This spacious 3-bedroom home features a cozy palapa roof, a large backyard for outdoor dining or playtime, and a full kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals. It’s designed for both relaxation and togetherness.  
  
Each bedroom is equipped with A/C and high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room is airy and inviting, with comfortable seating and space for gathering. The villa includes private parking for added convenience.  
  
Ideal for families or groups, the home offers comfort, privacy, and access to one of the area’s top beach clubs. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the backyard or heading to the sea, your stay here will be as easy as it is memorable.

Guest Access:  
  
\*FREE access to only 6 guests per day. From the 7th to 12th guest, they charge $120 pesos per person per day.  
  
The beach club includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, 2 pools, tennis court, padel, and kayaks (depending on the weather).  
  
It is not allowed to enter the beach club with coolers, food, drinks, or speakers. The amenities and prices offered by the Beach Club may change at any time, as it is managed by a private company. The beach club is currently undergoing renovations, so you may find some areas still under construction.

Conveniently located between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, this villa provides easy access to all the best that the area has to offer. With a private parking space, guests who rent a car can explore the stunning coastline at their leisure. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only a 45-minute drive south, while the vibrant town of Sayulita is just 20 minutes away.

#### Nice Place, beach club very good 

House is very nice, some parts are in need of a little maintenance and renovation, showers and bathrooms, but overall good. Be aware there's nothing in the house, no salt, sugar, any kind of condiments, really nothing.
