The ground floor, spanning 2,957 sq. ft., features a master bedroom with a King-sized bed, a 45” Smart TV, a secure safe, and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two Queen-sized beds, a 45” Smart TV, and its own en suite. Additionally, there is a convenient half-bath on this floor, a spacious living room with a remarkable 75” Smart TV, a formal dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. beloved ones with style while watching a sport event or just listening to ambiance music, paired with refreshments or else.
