### Gigaro - walking beach

Baie de Valmer - Charming farmhouse withairco, shady garden, beach and pool 2 steps away, sleeps 5.  
On the ground floor, a lovely living room and fitted kitchen open onto the terrace.  
Upstairs, you'll find a first bedroom (1 double bed 160x190) and bathroom at your disposal. There is a second bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and a mezzanine with a 90x190 bed.  
Free parking and wi-fi access included.  
  
Optional linen hire: €20 per double bed, €10 per single bed, €8 per set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.  
  
Secure, gated estate with communal swimming pool and 3 tennis courts.  
  
The mas is located 300 m from Gigaro beach, with its sandy beaches, coastal and marine paths, restaurants and mini-market (bakery and international press); from the Col de Collebasse, Ramatuelle is 10 minutes away, the Escalet beaches less than 15 minutes and Pampelonne 20 minutes.
