On the top of the Domaine des Mas de Gigaro, mas of angle, semi-detached offering on 2 levels, a living room-dining room with American kitchen equipped, 1 room with 2 electric simple beds 80x200 and 1 room in mezzanine with 2 simple beds 90x200, two water rooms, two toilets separated.   
Terrace on the same level as the living room with a beautiful sea view.   
Numbered free parking space.  
 Wi-fi available free of charge in the farmhouse.  
  
Acces to the house after about 35 steps up.  
  
Rental House hold linen : 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.  
  
Secured domain of the "Mas de Gigaro" with collective pool from june to september (10 € / pers. / week, deposit 50 €, free for children under 7 years old), tennis (security deposit of 100 €, access on reservation for 40 € / week).  
  
About 1.7 km from the beach with its restaurants, its mini-market with bakery and international press, its coastal and marine paths, 10mn from Ramatuelle, 15mn from the beaches of l'Escalet and 20mn from Pampelonne.

#### Une terrasse fabuleuse surplombant la baie

Un duplex très agréable et un emplacement de premier plan donnant sur la baie de la Croix Valmer, avec accès aisé à Ramatuelle sur l'autre versant par le haut de la colline, à toute proximité. Une terrasse jouissant d'une vue exceptionnelle. La plage de Gigaro est une pépite. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.
