Located in the lower part of the village, the 2-star-rated EDEN ROC 618\*\* apartment makes for a pleasant base for a stay in the mountains. Designed to accommodate 4 people, it features 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, offering a total floor area of 76 m². Its prime location, right next to the slopes and the village, allows you to make the most of the activities on offer, whilst enjoying a peaceful setting. The apartment benefits from the view of the mountains, providing plenty of natural light.  
  
Outside, the south-facing balcony naturally extends the living area and offers unobstructed views of the village and the mountains.   
  
Nearby, it is conveniently located 150 m from the village center and 50 m from the Riffroids ski slope, where ski lessons start every morning. A bus stop 350 m away makes getting around easier, while 5.5 km away, the Lac des Confins, surrounded by mountain peaks, is ideal for both summer walks and winter outdoor activities. Annecy station, 35 km away, and Geneva International Airport, 67 km away, ensure easy access.  
  
In detail:  
The entryway, located on the third floor, leads to the various rooms spread across several levels. The living area combines a lounge and a dining area opening onto the east-facing balcony. The open kitchen blends seamlessly into the space.  
The sleeping area on the main level includes two bedrooms. The first one has two single beds (90 cm) and features a low east-facing window. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), lit by a skylight. A bathroom with shower and a window completes this level, along with a separate toilet.  
A staircase takes to the upper floor where the mezzanine, entirely under the eaves, offers two single beds (80 cm), forming an additional sleeping area.
