With an area of 35 square meters, it has a bedroom with several storage and can accommodate up to 4 people.  
In addition, you will be absolutely conquered by its beautiful balcony that offers a sublime view of a wooded mountain range.

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the apartment is a 3-star duplex.  
It is located in a small condominium of 7 apartments and is fully equipped. It comprises :  
\- a bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm beds with the option of combining them) ;  
\- bathroom;  
\- separate WC.   
\- a fully-equipped kitchen ;  
\- and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140cm).  
  
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: ski locker, parking, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator...  
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.  
  
One of the assets of this accommodation is its location. It's in a mountain setting with downhill and cross-country skiing, golf, heated outdoor pool, wellness area, hiking trails, and close to numerous bars and restaurants.  
there is a free parking space in front of the "Nant Soleil" residence or in the individual garage. For everyday shopping, there's a "Carrefour Montagne" supermarket just a 4-minute drive away.  
  
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places for which the town is famous, such as :  
\- Crêt Du Merle chairlift, a 19-minute walk away;  
\- La Clusaz Tourist Office, 20 minutes away;  
\- La Patinoire gondola lift, 23 minutes away;  
\- Le Hameau des Alpes, 29 minutes away, and many more.

\## Emplacement  
This handsome, well-to-do village in the Haute-Savoie region boasts a bulbous bell tower overlooking the magnificent Aravis mountain range. Just a stone's throw from Lake Annecy and close to the Mont Blanc massif, it's one of the most beautiful places to spend a summer vacation in the Alps. At medium altitude, La Clusaz enjoys a mild, pleasant climate in summer. Here, you can hike in an unspoilt mountain range, in the heart of the combes and beautiful cols of the Aravis. The views of Mont Blanc from the Col des Aravis and the Plateau de Beauregard are breathtaking!
