"This hotel was our life-saver as we made the reservation for Best Western right after on same night visiting/seeing/booking/cancelling at the "Hotel Motel Le Regent Quebec City" which was boarded-up, unsafe, broken windows in rooms, no one onsite! Stay away from this "Le Regent Motel" as this Motel is a scam and should not be on Expedia!!! Rather book at the Best Western - which is Awesome!! We went from Hell to Heaven within an hour!!!"

"Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff are responsive and friendly. Would have rated this 5 star across the board except for a couple of things: on one housekeeping service, they failed to replenish toilet paper so I had to intercept a housekeeper in the hallway; second thing is that some of the rooms need touching up on things like peeling wallpaper. "

"The room was clean, and the view was great. There is a restaurant on site that has yummy breakfast. We opted for a la carte as we dont eat non halal meat. One meal was good for 2 people. These are large portions. The location is within 15 min walk of Chateau Frontenac. Lots of up and downhill, but very safe. "
