El dueño solo lo vimos una vez,no hubo personal alguno;todo había que solicitarlo y localizar al administrador o dueño;uno tenía que estar atrás de lo que faltaba:como por ejemplo jabón,papel higiénico;no había tacho de basura en la habitación Además,el ascensor no funcionó durante toda mi estadía y hubo que subir 2 pisos en cada salida y llegada Para el check out,hubo que llamar al dueño e indicarle que nos íbamos,sin que el u otra persona dependiente de él estuviese.Nunca hubo recepcionista En cuanto a lo bueno,diría que es segura,ya que todo funciona con tecnología actual(sensores y códigos de ingreso y salida

Great rooms,welcomed us with champagne and chocolate, rooms were big and everything was provided. Gym was lack luster but staff was helpful. Great location too.

Spacious apartment style room, with fantastic comfy bed. Staff are really helpful & we loved sitting on the roof terrace for breakfast & enjoying drinks with view of the cathedral. We would definitely stay again

This is without doubt shocking value for money for 4 nights in a junior suite. Location is average at best. Staff were obviously contemptuous towards foreigners unless guests were Spanish. Nothing explained at check in. Stayed for 4 nights with not one “Hola or Buenos” throughout our whole stay. They were unaware I spoke fluent Spanish. (Quite condescending) Can’t comment on breakfast as we did not eat there. The room was average. On a noisy part of town. Ear plugs were supplied. That did not help with screaming down the corridors of the hotel on 2 out of the 4 nights @3am. Plug socket next to my bed was unusable “safety”. Two TV’s not 1 smart TV as I would have expected after silly money per night. No iron The Barman was pleasant. A simple request for a cork screw to be replaced took 3 days after asking twice. Terrace - Taking your drinks up 6 floors from the reception. A few chairs overlooking buildings. I could go on. But trust me. Do not stay here. Stay in an apartment closer to the sights. For half the price. This is easy a 15 min walk to the València Cathedral. The only positive this hotel has it’s a 3 minute walk from Xàtiva Metro. “STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE”
