LA BREE LES BAINS ILE D'OLERON Face à l'Ile de Ré, La Rochelle et Fort BOYARD.  
  
DANS UN ENVIRONNEMENT CALME ET FACE A LA MER.  
  
Spacieuse villa de 350 M2 sur un terrain de 3000 M2 divisée en 3 maisons indépendantes réparties de la manière suivante :  
  
Une villa pour 8 personnes (objet de cette annonce) jardin de 1000M2 privé et les 2000 m2 (côté mer) avec piscine sont à partager avec les 2 autres locations :  
  
lumineux séjour (triple exposition) traversant de plus de 100 M2 donnant sur une terrasse plein sud (côte marais) et une terrasse au nord (côté mer), avec cuisine équipée, arrière cuisine avec machine à laver et congélateur, 4 chambres 3 lits 140x190 et un lit en 160X200 avec dressings dont une suite parentale de 30 m2, dressing, salle d'eau avec w.c., une deuxième salle d'eau. Jardin paysagé clos.   
4 places de parkings privés dans le jardin et un garage en sous sol. Climatisation réversible.  
  
Piscine couverte/chauffée à partager avec les 2 autres locations.  
  
Nouveau service de bien être : sur réservation séance privée d'ostéopathie en piscine durée 1 h.  
  
Pour voir les appréciations de mes 2 autres locations qui sont situées au même endroit voici les références abritel :   
  
REF. 2285708 (à noter dans la destination) vue parc pour 4 personnes.  
REF. 2303958 (à noter dans la destination) vue mer pour 6 personnes.  
  
Pour accéder à la plage il vous suffit de traverser la petite rue en sens unique et descendre l'escalier donnant sur la plage de sable fin. Les rochers à marée basse permettent la pêche à pied. Vous avez une vue sur l'Ile de Ré et son pont, la Rochelle et son port, Fort Boyard, l'Ile d'Aix…  
  
Vivant sur place, pendant la période estivale, je veille au bien-être de mes hôtes, je suis à leur disposition pour leur indiquer les choses à découvrir sur l'Ile, les bons restaurants... tout en restant discrète et en respectant leur intimité.  
  
Le Parc étant commun à mes trois locations, dans un soucis de tranquillité pour chacun, les animaux ne sont pas admis.  
  
PISCINE extérieure 8X4 destinée aux 3 locations, couverte et chauffée avec stérilisation UV et traitement chlore renforcé pour une désinfection totale OUVERTE d'avril à octobre selon la température extérieure, douche solaire.  
  
 PISCINE FERMEE D'OCTOBRE A FIN MARS.  
  
LINGE COMPRIS - WIFI GRATUIT - EQUIPEMENT BEBE (sur réservation) lit parapluie avec matelas, alèse et draps, réhausseur de chaise, réducteur de toilettes, vaisselle enfants, baignoire.  
  
Caution : 1000 euros par chèque non encaissé.  
  
SITUATION :   
500 m du port du Douhet, de ses commerces et restaurants, en y accédant directement par la plage ou par la route,  
  
800 m du centre ville et du marché ouvert tous les jours en saison estivale.  
  
Au départ des pistes pour des ballades à pied ou à vélo dans les marais et sur les sentiers, terrain de boule et jeux d'enfants...  
  
Spot de surf à 150 mètres.  
  
Navette fluviale depuis le port de St Denis d'Oléron ou de Boyardville desservant l'Ile d'Aix ou La Rochelle en période estivale. Navette bus des plages gratuite en juillet et août.
