This terraced house of 60m² is located in the town of La Bernerie next to the church and 500m from the sea and the large "Plan d'eau de Mer", accessible to all for swimming and learning water sports. It has a double bedroom (140 bed) in the mezzanine and a double bedroom with a bunk bed on the ground floor, thus accommodating up to 4 people. The accommodation consists of a living room - dining room with TV and wifi access and an independent kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. A shower room and an independent WC complete the rental. Public parking spaces 50m away and large public car park 300m away. The accommodation is located in the town next to the church, shops (craftsmen, 24/7 supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlours, local and night market, bars and restaurants). 500m from the large "Plan d'eau de Mer", accessible to all for swimming and learning water sports.
