This house with the charm of a seaside villa from the last century, 165m² in size, is ideally located 400m from the seafront and a stone's throw from the town; local market, shops and restaurants. The ground floor has two double bedrooms (140 bed) and upstairs a dormitory with a double bed (140 bed) and two single beds (90 bed) which can thus accommodate up to 8 people. The independent kitchen is equipped with a mixed hob (vitroceramic and town gas), an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter and grain coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The living room - dining room has a WIFI connection. The fireplace is decorative, not available. Two independent toilets on the ground floor and upstairs, then a complete shower room completes the rental. For maximum comfort, you also have a washing machine and outdoor furniture (table, sunbed and garden furniture). The garden is enclosed and three private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal. Nous avons passé nos repas majoritairement dans le jardin et avons profité du barbecue en dur qui marche très bien. La maison est dans une rue calme et a 100m de la mer ce qui est génial.Le centre bourg est rapidement accessible à pied ainsi que le marché de la Bernerie.
