In Loire Atlantique, south of Saint-Nazaire, cross the largest bridge in France or go up the Vendée to discover one of the preserved villages of the Côte de Jade, La Bernerie en Retz.  
  
This seaside style house from the last century is ideally located 270 m from the large “Plan d'eau de Mer”, accessible to all for swimming and learning water sports and a stone's throw from the village; local market, shops and restaurants. Currently only its ground floor is accessible to travelers so it offers a single-storey life that can accommodate up to 6 people.  
  
It has a double bedroom (two beds of 80), a double bedroom with windows overlooking the living room (two single beds of 90) and a sofa bed in the living room.  
  
The independent kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, NEPRESSO capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The TV-WIFI lounge gives access to the veranda which acts as a dining room. An independent WC and a shower room complete the rental.  
  
For maximum comfort you have a washing machine, a dryer, outdoor furniture (table, sun lounger and garden furniture). The garden is enclosed and two private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal.

Then join the town center of Les Moutiers and discover the magnificent Lantern of the Dead, unique in Loire Atlantique. Between two swims and fishing trips on foot, stroll along the quays of the nearby Cité Pornicaise. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialties such as the unique Moules de Bouchots from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous ice creams and jams from “La Fraiseraie”, the delicious Galettes from “St-Michel” and without forgetting whether good hot or cold “Le Curé Nantais”.
