Located between Pornic and the island of Noirmoutier, come and discover the Pays de Retz and stay in La Bernerie en Retz; a village of character, calm and family-friendly, one of the most preserved on the Jade Coast.   
  
Your accommodation is located in the village and only 230m from the beach and the large "Sea Water Plan". The 50m² apartment is located in a small co-ownership. On the ground floor, you have a master suite with a double bed, dressing room, shower room and independent WC. A sofa bed in the living room allows you to accommodate up to 4 people.   
  
Upstairs, the open kitchen overlooking the TV lounge provides access to the 15m² wooden terrace without overlooking, with outdoor furniture and parasol. The fitted kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus press, a raclette appliance, and all necessary kitchen equipment. An independent toilet completes the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an electric barbecue, an ironing table and iron are also provided. You have a private and covered parking space.   
  
The location is in the heart of the town of La Bernerie, and its businesses (craftsmen, 24/7 supermarket, local and night market, bars and restaurants)

Between two swimming sessions and shore fishing, stroll along the quays of the nearby Pornic City. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice Creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel" and without forgetting the delightful "Le curé Nantais", whether served hot or cold.
