Ce studio vous offre un espace cosy et moderne pour vous détendre après une journée bien remplie sur la plage ou à explorer la ville.  
  
Bénéficiez d’un balcon avec vue sur mer, situé dans le quartier emblématique des Oiseaux.

Vous pourrez stationner en face de l'appartement, vous trouverez sur la place Notre-Dame, un grand parking public et payant.  
  
En revanche, dans les rues adjacentes, au sein du quartier des Oiseaux, vous pourrez stationner gratuitement.  
  
Ce gîte n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilités réduites.

Départ : L’heure du départ est programmée à 10h modifiable si disponibilité avec le départ tardif, un service optionnel en supplément. (Cf livret d’accueil)  
  
Accès au gîte : Votre arrivée se déroule en autonomie, vous trouverez une boîte à clefs (cf livret d’accueil). La veille de votre séjour, un dépôt de garantie de 500€ sera bloqué sur votre carte bancaire (attention de bien prévoir ce plafond sur votre CB), cette empreinte bancaire n’est pas débitée, elle est juste bloquée pendant 7 jours. Vous recevrez les codes de la boîte à clés par SMS.  
  
Cafetière : Le gîte est équipé d’une cafetière expresso (les capsules ne sont pas fournies)  
  
Vaisselle : La vaisselle est adaptée à + ou - 4 personnes avec tout le nécessaire pour dresser une belle table. (Cf livret inventaire)  
  
Produits : Une éponge, un torchon, un rouleau de papier toilette par WC, un peu de liquide vaisselle, et 2 ou 3 pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle seront mis à votre disposition gratuitement, afin de débuter au mieux votre séjour. Prévoir l’achat pour la suite. (Cf livret d’accueil)
