It offers a private swimming pool, a large living-dining area, and a shaded porch equipped with a dining set and barbecue. The villa is pet-friendly and features seasonal air conditioning and internet access (note: pool and Wi-Fi are unavailable from November to April). Optional rentals include cots, high chairs, and pool towels to enhance your stay. Located in a quiet residential area of L’Escala, the villa is just a 13-minute walk to Riells Beach and 10 minutes from the Montgrí Natural Park. The beach promenade offers a lively mix of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and water sports, while the nearby park is ideal for scenic hikes and nature walks.
