Vacay Laia Apartment IT'S PURE LIFE! Ideal for 4 people, with a magnificent pool and well-kept community garden! The completely renovated apartment is part of the Els Pins Residence, it has a main room with the living room and the kitchen (well equipped), in the same environment. Big screen TV with National channels and some international channels. With access to the terrace, facing north. Distribution: Living room: Large screen TV with national channels and some international. With access to the terrace, facing north and the kitchen (well equipped), in the same space. Room: with double bed (150cm) also with access to the terrace and in the living room 1 sofa bed (160cm). Bathroom: sink, wc and shower (washing machine in top loading bath). Terrace: it is fabulous, it is wide, with views of the pool and the garden. It has an awning for the hottest days. The closest beach is Riells beach, about 350m away (5 min on foot), and a few meters from l'Escala port and the Mongrí Natural Park. The community is very nice and guarded. Maximum capacity: 4 people. ♥ Laia, will bring you comfort and well-being on your vacation!
