Het is ideaal voor een gezin, met een mooie ligging in een rustige buurt. Het huis is van alle huishoudelijke gemakken voorzien en het zwembad is echt een pluspunt. Wel vonden we de oprit wat lastig, deze was te hoog/scherp voor onze auto. Daarnaast was er vrij veel bomenafval in de tuin, maar dat deed gelukkig weinig af aan het totaalplaatje.
