Cependant le manque d'équipements et sa vétusté la rendent peu fonctionnelle. L'emplacement est moyen (pas de plages ou commerces à moins de 20 minutes à pied). Il y a beaucoup de bruits autour (rue très passante). L'absence de climatisation ou de ventilateurs est très inconfortable compte tenu des températures.
