It is located on the outskirts of L'Escala, Spain, approximately 5.4 km from the town center. The property enjoys a quiet and sunny position on top of a hill, just 800 meters from the sea and the beach, situated in a cul-de-sac. Outdoors For shared use, there is an angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 160 - 200 cm) available seasonally from April 1st to October 30th. Additionally, an outdoor shower is provided. The property boasts a private, fenced natural garden. Access to the house is via a stepped path with 16 steps. Other Information Nearby amenities include a supermarket and a shopping center located 2.7 km away, and the "Figueres" railway station is 30 km from the property. The sandy beach "Cala Montgó" is 2.7 km away, while the shingle beach "Illa Mateua" is 1.1 km away. A car is recommended for convenience. Another vacation rental property, ref. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only) and a digital TV, with an exit leading to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC. Electric heating is available, but not in all rooms. On the lower ground floor, you will find a room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), another room with 1 pull-out bed (2 persons, 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), and a third room with 1 French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), all with exits leading to the patio. There is also a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC. Amenities Included During your vacation, you can take advantage of the following amenities: a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 3-year-olds), and a hair dryer.
