"Sam is an excellent host who communicates regularly and answers positively to requests. Apartment is well situated near a metro and in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. Noise from upstair neighbours can be a little bothersome in the evening if you spend a lot ot time in the apartment."

"Carlos was a great host, he kept the place very clean and organized, make you feel at home. The location of the place is very convenient, I almost can walk to everywhere within one hour range. I can also easily choose metro instead of waking. There is a secured parking at the back of the building which is a plus. But the cost is extra. The host is very friendly and give many good suggestions. He even offered to drive me to downtown on the last day. Really appreciated! Things for improvement:...

The neighbourhood is the perfect area for a family to stay with many playgrounds, grocery shopping centers, parks etc. and you can quickly visit downtown within a short 20 min. travel via metro. "It was nice for how inexpensive it was. It would be nicer with some maintenance like fixing the broken window in the bedroom, getting a better lock on the door, having a bathroom handle that was attached firmly to the door, etc. I was willing to overlook these things because of the price. "
