This beautiful single storey villa benefits from comfortable furniture and air conditioning in its living/dining room. Furnished in a practical and functional manner, the house benefits from a pleasant and neat decoration. The land houses a pretty private swimming pool as well as several covered and uncovered terraces as well as a barbecue area.  
Areas: Habitable approximately 100 m². Land approximately 800 m².  
  
Inside (approx. 100 m²): Living / dining room (TDT TV and fireplace). Separate equipped kitchen (with electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, microwave, oven, vitroceramic, iron and ironing board). 4 double bedrooms (with 4 double beds). 2 shower rooms / WC.
