Saona Villas offers you this simple and rustic style house located in the Las Tres Calas urbanization and just 700 meters from the beach. Ametlla de Mar town center is approximately 3 km away. This rental is independent and on one level. It benefits from a private swimming pool and a large lawned garden, it also has a built barbecue.  
  
This rental has a private swimming pool and a beautiful, large lawned garden. It is very well located about 700 meters from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms for 6 to 8 people.  
  
Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 140 m². Total plot of approximately 950 m². Washing machine, iron. Fan: in each room.  
Inside: Living / dining room (with fireplace, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, DVD-CD player). Separate and equipped kitchen (with gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed in each). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 shower room (with WC).  
  
Outside: Large private swimming pool of 42 m² with Roman steps and outdoor shower. Sun loungers (minimum 4). Large garden of approximately 950 m² with lawn. Uncovered terrace with large built barbecue and garden furniture. Covered terrace on the other side (at the entrance to the house - see photos). Parking inside the property.  
  
Approximate distances: Urbanization Las Tres Calas. Beach 700 meters away. Ametlla de Mar town center 3 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
